September 29, 2004 At The Bluebird Cafe, Nashville
Hello Everyone,
I'm still coming to you from Nashville as I continue my quest to
grow and gain success in the music business. I recently appeared at
the Bluebird Cafe here in Nashville. The Bluebird is the premiere
venue for singer/songwriters to play. It has a wonderful atmosphere
that draws a crowd of people to come and listen to music rather than
just drink and socialize, so it's a great place to be heard.
I played in a "round" with some talented writers I have met since I've
been here. It was a lot of fun. We had a great time joking with and
supporting each other on stage. The crowd was wonderful and enjoyed
the night. Thanks to all of you who came out to see us. We hope to
do more events like this in the future.
I also made it home to Massachusetts in late July to play in the
Belchertown "Concerts on the Common" series. This was another fun
event as my sister, Laura, sang backing vocals and some members of
the Belchertown Community Band stepped in to play instruments (trombone,
flute and clarinet) that gave a wonderful boost to the performance.
Thanks for checking in and thanks for your support. Be well.
Peter
